The whole production area is insulated from direct contact with the outside environment. The central air-conditioning and ventilation system maintains the temperature inside the building at a constant level and the relatively higher air pressure inside the building prevents untreated air from entering the production area.
Entering the 100,000 cleanroom follows strict codes: clothing changing, hand-washing, disinfection and air-shower. The flow of material and movement of personnel inside the production area is strictly separated, with different inlets and outlets for raw material, finished products and production staff. Different production surfaces are cleaned and/or disinfected daily as per cleaning schedule. The total clean production area occupies 1,000m2. The cleanroom is licensed by China State Drug Administration Bureau and is up to the standards of ISO-13485:2003. A cleanroom and neat environment is our first consideration for production of hospital surgical disposable.
